You Beaut

You Beaut means terrific in Australian slang and is our mild heat chilli oil.

The base is extra virgin olive oil with the addition of garlic and chilli.  It is then brewed for 3 months before bottling.

It is an ideal dressing for summer salads, as well as being a great lift for pizza. For a classic Italian pasta dish, simply add to your favourite cooked pasta with chopped parsley and mix through.
