Ingredients:
Assorted stir-fry vegetables
Add your choice of beef/chicken/pork/prawns if desired
Garlic
2 tbsps vegetable / peanut oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
Your favourite Fair Dinkum Fare chilli sauce (Add to taste)
¼ cup oyster sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
Method:
- Heat wok
- Add oils and swirl around the wok
- Add garlic and onion and fry for 30 seconds
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes, tossing constantly
- Add sauces and water then mix with the vegetables
- Cover and cook for 3 minutes on low heat
- Serve with jasmine rice.
