Spicy Stir Fry


Assorted stir-fry vegetables

Add your choice of beef/chicken/pork/prawns if desired


2 tbsps vegetable / peanut oil

1 tbsp sesame oil

Your favourite Fair Dinkum Fare chilli sauce (Add to taste)

¼ cup oyster sauce

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup water



  1. Heat wok
  2. Add oils and swirl around the wok
  3. Add garlic and onion and fry for 30 seconds
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes, tossing constantly
  5. Add sauces and water then mix with the vegetables
  6. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on low heat
  7. Serve with jasmine rice.
